WILL MY IMAGES BE ON YOUR WEBSITE(S)?
No, I respect the privacy of my clients and I only display images of clients that have given their approval. All the women you see, and their images on my website(s), have signed a model release and have given me permission. Playful Moments respects your privacy, and would never use your images without written permission. Of course, if you are proud of an image, and would like it displayed - Playful Moments would be honored to post it!
WHO WILL BE PRESENT DURING MY SESSION?
Just me, Lisa, exclusively and no one else.
WILL YOU 'PHOTOSHOP' ME? and the ever popular - I'M NOT SKINNY.
Yes, removal of cellulite, moles, hairs, dimples, scars, and stretchmarks are a part of the retouching process. As well as enhancements of the face (removal of wrinkles, crows-feet, under-eye bags, pimples, excess shine, and teeth whitening)
I will not, however, take off 30 pounds. If you are looking for someone to make you look like an entirely different person than who you are, I'm not your girl. I photograph women because I want them to see how gorgeous they are. My goal as a photographer is to emphasize the positives and minimize any areas that you are self-conscious about. I can use poses and lighting to emphasize your best features instead
Overall, these sessions are about LOVING your body. Every body is sexy, and I know how to pose and position every
body type - from teeny tiny to voluptuous and beyond.
Pre-consulations in studio are free, if you want to discuss your session privately and one-on-one.
DO YOU PROVIDE HAIR AND MAKE-UP?
No, you are responsible for your own hair and make-up, and please ... take the time to do it. It 'completes' your pictures!!
Consider eyebrow waxing, false eyelashes, and shaving! Wear loose fitting clothes to your session as not to leave marks on your skin.
DO YOU PROVIDE THE OUTFITS?
Yes, and no. You need to bring your own lingerie to the photo shoot. I do have some costumes, jewellery and props in case someone forgets, but lingerie is your responsibility.
I do have themed outfits and costumes, but it is required to discuss any themes you want to include in your session prior to your photo shoot. This is to ensure proper size, and availability.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
When it comes to your boudoir photo shoot, there are limitless options for what you can wear!
Many women like to wear sexy, and provocative lingerie such as matching bra & panties, teddies, and fishnet stockings. Top the outfit off with jewlery, and sexy footwear.
Above all, you should wear something that you feel comfortable in! You do not necessarily have to wear lingerie for your boudoir session. A lot of women wear sexy, edgy outfits that resemble an outfit that would be styled for a fashion editorial spread in a magazine like Vogue or Maximum Magazines.
Some women prefer to wear a themed outfit - think of your significant others favorite sports team. How sexy would it be to wear his favorite NFL jersey, matching panties and high heels? Dress in a proffession he thinks is sexy, like a nurse or maid outfit. Think of his job, his hobbies, his interest, his favorite teams or sport.
CAN I BRING MY FRIEND(S) TO MY SESSION?
Generally I prefer to work one on one with my clients, simply because sometimes an ‘audience’ can make you feel more self conscious. If you must bring someone for moral support, I limit it to one person.
Please note, in order to have a boudoir session, you must be 18+. Therefore, any friend or family you may chose to bring must also be 18+. This is a female only studio, so no male spouses are permitted either.
I CAN'T MAKE MY SESSION, COULD I RESCHEDULE?
Absolutely. Things come up and sometimes a date no longer works, so I’m happy to make the changes for you. However, if you contact me to reschedule within 3 days of your shoot (or you forget to show up) your retainer is not transferable.
When you book a session, the studio refuses all other inquires for that date and time, as well as prepairing the studio and checking gear. If you don’t show up, it is a waste of time for myself, and a time that other client's may have inquired about.
DO YOU DO MATERNITY BOUDOIR?
Yes, please let me know when you book your session you are expecting?
DO YOU PHOTOGRAPH NUDES? DO I HAVE TO GET NAKED?
Yes, and no. Your comfort is my #1 priority, and everyone has different comfort levels. We can do strategically covered images but there is never any full nudity in a typical shoot. There are tips and tricks to giving the 'illusion" of nudity! And, leaving a little to the imagination will drive any man wild!
However, if you are interested in nude shots, I do photograph those too.
